Terms & Conditions Dream Disney Transfer apply to all bookings of our private chauffeur services (airport transfers, Disneyland transfers, hotel pickups, private tours and hourly disposal). Terms & Conditions Dream Disney Transfer – Overview

These Terms & Conditions Dream Disney Transfer are designed to protect both the client and the driver, clarify what is included in a booking, and explain key policies such as waiting time, changes, cancellations and liability. If your confirmation message or invoice includes special conditions (example: specific waiting minutes included), those conditions apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions Dream Disney Transfer.

1) Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “our” refers to Dream Disney Transfer. “Client”, “you” refers to the person making the booking and/or the passengers travelling. “Service” refers to any private transfer, chauffeur disposal (hourly), private tour, or transport-related service provided. “Vehicle” refers to our sedan or van category vehicles (or an equivalent vehicle).

2) Booking & confirmation

Booking policy (Terms & Conditions Dream Disney Transfer)

  • A booking becomes confirmed once you receive confirmation by email/WhatsApp, or the website confirmation page.
  • Please verify all information: pickup date/time, pickup address/terminal, flight/train number (if applicable), passenger count, luggage, and destination.
  • If essential details are missing, we may contact you. Unanswered requests may lead to delays or inability to deliver the service.
  • We recommend providing a WhatsApp number for fast coordination on the day of travel.

3) Prices & payment

  • Quoted prices are fixed for the itinerary described in the booking confirmation.
  • Payment methods may include online payment, payment link, card, or cash where accepted.
  • Extra stops, route changes, significant detours, or additional waiting may incur extra charges.
  • Night/early morning pickups, holidays, and long-distance trips may have different pricing.

Any additional cost will be communicated as clearly as possible before continuing the service.

4) Pickup, meeting point & delays

Pickup instructions depend on the type of booking:

  • Airport pickup: meeting point may be arrivals hall or a designated location. The driver contacts you via WhatsApp/SMS.
  • Hotel / address pickup: driver arrives as close as legally possible to your address. Some areas may require a short walk to the nearest accessible point.
  • Train station pickup: driver meets near the agreed meeting point or station exit.

Please keep your phone available. If you cannot be reached, the driver will wait according to the Waiting Time Policy below.

5) Waiting time policy

Waiting time conditions can vary by booking and may be specified in your confirmation. When not specified, the following rules apply:

  • Airport arrivals: waiting starts from the agreed meeting time or from the landing time when confirmed in writing.
  • Address / hotel pickup: waiting starts from the scheduled pickup time.
  • Free waiting time: may be included depending on your confirmation message.
  • After free waiting time (if included), additional waiting may be billed (example: every 15 minutes billed) as stated in your booking messages.

Tip: provide your flight number so we can track delays when possible.

6) Cancellation & changes

  • Changes (time, address, passenger count) should be requested as early as possible by WhatsApp or email.
  • Cancellations may be free or charged depending on timing and booking type. The exact policy can be stated in your confirmation message or invoice.
  • No-show: if the client is not present and unreachable after the waiting policy, the service may be charged up to the full amount.
  • If a service cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the client (wrong terminal, wrong pickup time, unreachable phone), this may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

7) Passengers, luggage & child seats

  • Please respect the maximum passenger capacity of the vehicle booked.
  • Standard luggage is included. Excessive/oversized luggage must be declared in advance (many large suitcases, large strollers, sports gear, etc.).
  • Child seats / booster seats may be provided on request and subject to availability (free or paid depending on availability/notice).
  • Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers.

8) Passenger conduct

  • No smoking in the vehicle.
  • Passengers must respect the driver and the vehicle. Dangerous or abusive behavior may lead to termination of the service without refund.
  • Any damage, heavy soiling, or vomiting may result in an additional cleaning fee.

9) Liability & force majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control: accidents, extreme traffic, police operations, strikes, road closures, severe weather, airport disruptions.
  • We will always do our best to arrive on time and provide a solution when possible.
  • Our liability is limited to the service price paid, except where prohibited by law.
  • Personal belongings remain the client’s responsibility. If an item is left in the vehicle, contact us as soon as possible.

10) Privacy & communications

We use your contact details (phone/email) to confirm bookings, coordinate pickup and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data. For additional information, please refer to our site policies or contact us.

11) Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable French law. If a clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain valid. Any dispute should first be handled by contacting our support to find a friendly solution.
